Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has recently been remodeled and the result is beautiful with a comfortable bed, but some modernization is still needed in the rooms. The service was amazing, very welcoming and friendly. The location, though minutes from attractions and amenities, might be a bit challenging to access. The dining options were adequate but starting at a relatively high price. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, with a double queen room, were nicely designed, clean, and had good aesthetics, but they were a bit dingy and could use a deep cleaning. The dated furniture was a downside. The service was a bit of a hit or miss; while some staff members were excellent and courteous, there were issues like not being able to fix the running toilet and early morning disturbances. The location was great, with cozy sitting areas and lots of space, suiting our needs perfectly and allowing easy access to Chicago's attractions. The dining options had a reasonable choice and were globally inspired, but there were mixed feelings about the value for the dining experience.
The hotel's rooms could use some upgrading to match the impressive entrance. While the AC and mini fridge were in top-notch condition, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The service was notably friendly and helpful, providing a warm and accommodating atmosphere. The location, though convenient for some, may present challenges for others with its accessibility. Dining options were deemed overpriced and lacking in quality. The facilities overall met expectations, offering standard amenities for a comfortable stay.
